These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the h5bh platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any of its services. By accessing the platform or using any service, you give your full consent to these Terms.

h5bh is an online casino and sports betting platform that serves users in Bangladesh in the Bengali language and through local payment methods. In these Terms, "we", "us", or "Company" refers to h5bh, and "you" or "user" refers to any registered member of the platform.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at h5bh. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. h5bh reserves the right to close all related accounts if multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household are found.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and balance seizure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are accepted at h5bh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification may be required during the withdrawal process.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is completed.
• h5bh may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• h5bh reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus offers may have a specific expiry date — unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• If a bonus is suspected of being used fraudulently, the account will be placed under investigation.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and sports betting on h5bh are conducted on the basis of fair play. No player may gain an advantage through cheating, software assistance, or any other dishonest means.

5.2 Betting Terms

For sports betting, a placed bet cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted, unless the event is officially cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be declared void.

5.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. h5bh does not interfere with game results. Any objection to a result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

5.4 VIP Program

The h5bh VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistency of play. VIP benefits may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h5bh:

• Depositing or using funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the site.
• Harassing the support team through threats or abusive behavior.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be seized, and action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting the request. After account closure, the associated data will be retained in accordance with our policy.

7.2 Account Suspension

h5bh may temporarily suspend an account in the following situations:

• Failure to submit identity verification or required documents.
• During an investigation into suspicious transactions.
• During an investigation into a violation of these Terms.
• Upon a voluntary break request (responsible gaming feature).

7.3 Permanent Closure

h5bh reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of involvement in prohibited activities, providing false information, or repeated violations of these Terms.

h5bh does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following cases:

• Loss of play due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss caused by user negligence or violation of these Terms.

h5bh's total liability will never exceed the actual balance held in your account.

10.1 Changes to Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between h5bh and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.
